Paradise Island – Ellaidhoo Maldives

Malamathi Restaurant of Ellaidhoo Maldives

When my husband and I stayed at Ellaidhoo Maldives, it was the one of the most magical experiences ever! When we arrived, we were given complimentary bottle of wine and fruits to the room for celebration. We stayed for 8 nights for our 1 year wedding anniversary. I have visited 25 countries all over and Ellaidhoo Maldives is in the top 3 of my favorite destinations.

The bungalows were much better even better than the pictures I see on trip advisor and their web page. The views and the island was really stunning. The beach and the pool were excellent. I really loved seeing the fish and sharks from the swimming pool and seeing the herons as well. The staffs were really professional. Haroon was the one who took care of us every day during lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed the quality of the foods and the selection of foods available which was great with my gluten free diet. The staff and the restaurant made it really special and we felt like we were in a top class restaurant with amazing views and no queues. The island from what I hear has one of the greatest house reefs. We saw lots of sharks, some rays and different kinds of fishes from our balconies. We didn’t have to go snorkeling and diving every single day since we saw a lot from our bungalows. I thought it was better than the Great Barrier Reef due to easy access and the amount of little sharks we saw. I would definitely go back, for the price I thought this place was fantastic and would recommend to anyone.

All of the staffs were very attentive and I loved their services. We certainly did not get bored and we loved every moment of our holiday in Ellaidhoo Maldives.
